Please plan ahead. Our schedule fills up quickly, so we recommend reaching out as early as possible to confirm availability for your date.

When do you need us on-site?

Some venues require same-day delivery and pickup, while others allow setup the day before. Let’s discuss your venue’s requirements so we can coordinate the best timing.

Where is your event?

• We’ll need the event address and details about the exact area where the trailer will be set up.

• Can our trailer access that spot easily? Keep in mind, our units can be up to 11 feet tall, so please consider overhead clearance and ensure there’s enough room for a truck and trailer to maneuver safely.

Let’s talk about site requirements

• Is the trailer location within a reasonable distance from water and electrical connections? If not, no worries — we can provide generators and fill water tanks as needed.

• The ground should be relatively flat. While our trailers feature self-leveling technology, they can’t be placed on steep or uneven terrain.
